We need to develop existing small teams at each of these offices to handle a variety of projects up to a value of about £5 million although most projects are in the £0.5 million range. They include:
| Leeds Office: | Schools, hospitals, leisure centres and sports clubs and community buildings. New and refurbishment. |
| London Office: | Major refurbs to provide an HQ building in central London. Industrial and commercial projects for private clients. Housing. |
| Cardiff Office: | Mainly commercial and industrial projects. |
| Newark Office: | Wide range of projects including multi million pound leisure complexes, commercial and industrial developments. |
We need candidates who are technically sound, experienced [i.e. have projects which they have actually had built] and CAD literate. [We use Microstation and AutoCAD].
