A57 Worksop

The scheme involved the widening of the existing A57 trunk road to provide a priority right turn lane, a new junction, highway embankment realignment, drainage, street lighting, signage, utility diversions, Traffic Regulation Orders and environmental protection works.

William Saunders were appointed to undertake initial feasibility design, traffic assessment, detailed design of the works, procurement under the ICE Conditions of Contract, administration of the Contract, CDM and Resident Engineer services.
