Ashroyd Business Park – Universal Components UK Ltd

This £7M project provides a new head office and distribution centre for Universal Components UK Ltd.

Located in Barnsley, the project provided 150,000 sq ft of high bay racking warehouse space with 10 loading docks, complete with 15,000 sq ft of grade A office accommodation over two floors and achieved BREEAM Good.

The external design incorporates surface water swales in addition to geo-cellular attenuation to address surface water.

William Saunders were appointed as Architectural Designers, Civil Engineers, Structural Engineers, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and CDM Consultants  for the shell build project and also prepared and project managed the design and specification of the interior fit-out works for the Tenant
