Barnby Gate
This project off Barnby Gate, Newark, comprised the construction of 68 houses and 6 apartments on a former gas works site in the heart of Newark-upon-Trent
William Saunders were appointed to provide detailed designs for the adoptable roads and sewers as well as the private drainage, and to make technical submissions to the adoption authorities under S.38 and S.278 of the Highways Act and S.104 of the Water Industry Act.
Projects with a similar scope have also been undertaken on behalf of Westleigh Homes for 10 units at School Lane, Wilsford and 14 units at Flaxmill Lane, Pinchbeck.
