The Car People Sheffield

This new car retail facility, included a showroom with offices and sales areas, workshop, valet bay, together with associated external works which in turn included a servicing area, car display and storage areas, new roadway access, gatehouse and services infrastructure

The main building has a high quality finish, with the external walls comprising a combination of facing cavity brickwork and horizontally laid micro-rib composite cladding panels.

The external works comprise of tarmacadam roads and car parking areas, concrete service yards and block paving to the building. Car park lighting, feature building lighting and landscaping are also provided to the public areas.

The project was procured on a Design & Build basis, with William Saunders acting as Employer’s Agent, which included Project Management as well as providing CDM Co-ordination and Clerk of Works services.

The project was completed on time and within budget.
