Cost Consultancy

Our Cost Consultancy department provides finance and cost control services as part of a multi-discipline appointment or independently to external clients.The department is run using modern costing software and, as part of a multi-disciplinary practice, has the added advantage of cross referencing with our CAD facilities.

The type of work undertaken is both wide and varied and covers new build and refurbishment schemes with scale of projects ranging from multi-million commercial and industrial schemes to domestic extensions.

The client range is also varied and includes public bodies and private organisations. We pride ourselves in providing a personal and professional service. Much of our workload is repeat appointments from clients where long-term relationships have been established over many years. We believe that being part of a multi-disciplinary practice instils a ‘team spirit’ ethos where we have a better understanding of the difficulties faced by other members of the design process.
