The Two Humber Quays office development is situated on the banks of the Humber Estuary and forms part of the Humber Quays Regeneration Scheme within the city centre conservation area.
A flexible approach to the design of the office building was of paramount importance to the Client, who was developing on a speculative basis. The aim was to enable office suites of varying floor areas to be offered to the commercial market.
This, in addition to the requirements of the Local Authority and the requirement to achieve a ‘very good’ BREEAM rating, resulted in a contemporary design and a high quality specification being achieved.
A combination of the flexible layout and innovative design assisted in a large proportion of the building being let to a Blue Chip company immediately upon completion.
