Market Harborough Innovation and Business Centre

With over 22,000 sq ft of office space, in a range of unit sizes from 170 sq ft small offices to 866 sq ft studios, conference facilities, meeting rooms, cafeteria, hot desk areas and staffed reception it is designed to assist companies to start up and grow during their early years of operation.

The building is BREEAM “Excellent” with energy efficient design being a key element of the design brief and the scheme was partially funded by the European Union to help achieve this.
