William Saunders provided Civil and Structural Engineering Services for this landmark development of 21 new apartments for private rent that have been constructed on the site of the former Meadows Police Station on Meadows Way West, which was left vacant in 2015 and demolished in 2020.

The development of this high-profile site on the tram route has transformed the area, creating an impressive gateway to the Meadows and NG2 and contemporary, high-specification apartments for local people.
