The need for wholesale redevelopment or reconfiguration was clearly established and having carried out various studies, it was proven that a new school building would be the most cost effective and most educationally appropriate solution.

Located on the existing school site, and constructed in phases, the project delivers a new three-form entry school, nursery, and community use sports hall. Now complete, the original Victorian school has been demolished and the site converted to playing fields and MUGA.

William Saunders carefully considered the planning, sequencing, phasing, site management, traffic management and pupil management to ensure the existing and evolving new school would safely function throughout the various build phases.
