As well as being involved as QS and Clerk of Works for various housing schemes on behalf of Linx Homes, we also provided architectural services for Sense East, who are a charitable organisation working with people who are deaf and/or blind. Linx Homes were providing the property to Sense East in both instances.
The two schemes involved extensive refurbishment, conversion and alteration works to two existing large residential properties to make them suitable for residents’ needs.
