This high quality industrial development is the first of it’s kind completed by H.G. Sites in Cornwall and William Saunders were instrumental in managing the contract to a successful conclusion in their role as Employers Agent.

The £2.3m scheme consisted of 30,000 sq ft of high quality industrial space with office space in each unit. Achieving an EPC ‘A’ rating and BREEAM excellent, the sustainable units were developed utilising fabric first principles with some roof mounted PV panels to supplement the electric usage.

H.G. Sites took particular care to specify high quality materials in all units in order to maximise their appeal to the market and this attention to detail has assisted with their sale shortly after completion to an investor.
