This £2.1 million Priority Sites flagship development won the “Industrial Work (over £½ million)” category at the Staffordshire Built in Quality Awards which celebrates top quality construction projects in various sectors in the Staffordshire area
The scheme consisted of approximately 45,000 square feet of high quality industrial/office units incorporating curved roofs and flat panelled cladding, with feature lighting and protruding first floor office pods to the prominent building on the site frontage.
It was the first plot to be developed on the former Victoria Colliery site and the landowner was keen to ensure it set the standard for other Developers to aspire to.
William Saunders completed four schemes on behalf of Priority Sites in theWest Midlandsarea, helping to create in the region of 240 jobs.
